Dear Stentor readers,

As the semester comes to a close, I first want to thank everyone for their continued support of the publication, both in-print and on stentornews.com. I also want to thank the entire Stentor staff of amazing editors and staff writers, along with the Stentor advisor Linda Blaser, who all have dedicated their time and talents to produce such a wonderful paper throughout this year.

Looking ahead to the fall, I want to share that I will be embarking on an independent internship where I’ll spend the fall semester away from campus in Orlando, Florida. With this, I’m excited to announce that Managing Editor and Sports Editor Paityn Tabor ’23 will be assuming the role of Editor-in-Chief for the Fall 2022 semester! Joining her, Opinions Editor Lia Fiffles ’24 will move into the position of Managing Editor this fall, and Features Editor Katelyn O’Callaghan ’25 will continue supporting the Stentor by additionally serving as Layout Editor.

I’m excited to see the Stentor continue growing and welcoming new writers while I’m away, and I look forward to catching up with everyone upon my return to campus in Spring 2023 when I’ll return to the Stentor for my final semester at Lake Forest College.

Once again, I want to thank the entire Stentor staff for their wonderful contributions to the publication, and I look forward to seeing you all again very soon!

On behalf of the Stentor team, we are thankful and grateful for everyone’s continued readership and support to the publication!

See you all soon!

Warmly,

Adam Hartzer ’23

Editor-in-Chief and Layout Editor
