Alex Forowycz ‘26
The senior wing led his team to a victory against North Central College, with the Foresters trailing North Central 62-42 at the beginning of the second half before he scored 20 points in the last 16 minutes of the game. He is ranked fifth place in program history for three-pointers, with 183 made in his College career when he was named Forester Athlete of the Week; a total that has since surpassed 200 career three-pointers made as of publication.
Luke Arington ‘26
Arington scored 24 points against Cornell College, where the Foresters won 94-74. He tied a career high, with seven three-pointers made during the game and grabbed six rebounds.
Emma Kinane ‘27
Kinane won the Women’s Open championship at the Illinois Handball Association Singles Tournament, which marked the first time in 11 years a Forester has won a state singles title and 22 years since a female student has won a state singles title.
Cristian Rodriguez ‘26
The senior led the Foresters in scoring in both victories during the week of his nomination, scoring 28 points against Beloit College and 26 points against Knox College. He surpassed the 1,000-point mark for his collegiate career at the game against Beloit.
Audrey Kilmer ‘27
In the double dual meet against Wisconsin-Whitewater and Lawrence, Kilmer placed first in the 200-IM by 11 seconds and finished first in the 100-backstroke. In her 200-IM Kilmer swam a season-best time of 2:13.30.
Christopher O’Flaherty ‘29
Though the Foresters lost the game 5-4 against Trine University in overtime, O’Flaherty scored two goals throughout the game. As of the week of winning Forester Athlete of the Week, O’Flaherty is tied first in the conference (NCHA) for most goals and ranked 13th in the nation.
Ollie Francis ‘27
At the University of Wisconsin’s Lake Michigan Open, Francis came in second in the men’s 800m, and with a time of 1:56.58, where he broke his own school record by almost two-and-a-half seconds. His time in the 800m race was also the fastest time by a Midwest Conference runner this season and currently ranks him 60th nationally.
Isabella Rozenbergas ‘28
Rozenbergas swam a 2:20.74 time in the 200-IM and 1:10.69 time in the 100-butterfly at the dual meet against Illinois Institute of Technology, which the Foresters won 151-81. Both times, she destroyed the school’s previous records, with the 200-IM time beating the previous record by seven seconds. She was also the anchor for the 400-freestyle relay that won by 31 seconds and currently ranks first in five different individual events in the Midwest Conference.
