JAM 2021 is here! Jobs at Art Museums, appropriately referred to as JAM, is hosting their annual career awareness event at the Art Institute of Chicago from February 17 to May 5.
This year, due to the pandemic, JAM is offering a series of 12 virtual events and presentations for college and university students. At these events, students can listen to industry professionals discuss different aspects of working at art museums, learn about upcoming internship opportunities, and even get the chance to professionally network with peers and museum staff.
It is important to note that participation in this event does not guarantee getting hired. JAM has said that staff will not be accepting resumes or participating in interviews at the event.
