1. Not all Caf food is good food.

Ok, you know this. But do you actually do anything about it? Keep a balance ween what you want and what you need.

2. Free time, me time.

While you might enjoy being surrounded by people, sometimes it’s not that bad to be by yourself. Going to town, listening to music, or watching a TV show by yourself will help you decompress from stresses of balancing college life.

3. Stay active.

Studying requires you to stay in one place; most of the time sitting on a chair. However, taking a break every 45 minutes and going outside for a bit to get some fresh air will always keep you on track.

4. Follow a schedule.

While not all students follow a schedule, having one will help you keep your stuff organized and will make feel you more at ease. Keep one!

5. Balance your activities.

Don’t overload your schedule with a million things to do. From personal experience, you WILL feel overwhelmed. Find a balance between activities so that eat and sleep will also be part of them.

6 Meditate.

Stop. Breathe. Exhale.

Did it feel good? It’s called meditation. Do it more often and you will find yourself a lot more peaceful while doing other activities.

7. Take a walk or go for a run.

Taking walks or runs to anywhere will make you 100 times better! Either the beach, town, Lake Forest, or anywhere, walking or running should be on everyone’s schedule.

8. Sleep.

Self-explanatory. Sleeping increases your physical, psychological, and even emotional response to everyday problems. You don’t want to be the Grunge all day do you?

9. Try something new.

Experiencing new things is part of the college life. Doing something you never thought you would do will keep your mental health in good shape.

10 Make lists.

One of the best advices is to make lists. There’s nothing more satisfying than cross- ing things off a list. Whether it’s a bucket list or a homework one, crossing things will keep you moving forward!
